Studio Policies – Foreign Beauty Aesthetics ✨ To ensure a seamless, professional, and elevated experience for every client, the following policies are in place: Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your final service total. Buy Now, Pay Later Installment payment options are available for package purchases only. Product Pickup & Freshness To maintain product integrity and effectiveness, all prepaid products must be picked up within 14 days. Unclaimed items will be returned to inventory. All Sales Final All services, deposits, and product purchases are final and non-refundable. Late Arrivals & Cancellations Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. • A 10-minute grace period is provided. After 10 minutes, appointments will be canceled and deposits forfeited. • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Client Communication Hours Business hours for communication are: Wednesday- Sunday 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM All calls, texts, and inquiries will be responded to within this timeframe. Messages sent outside of these hours will be addressed the next business day.
