Studio Policies – Foreign Beauty Aesthetics ✨ To ensure a seamless, professional, and elevated experience for every client, the following policies are in place: • Booking, Deposits & Cancellations A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your final service total. - A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. - Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. - Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. - Clients with two or more late cancellations or no-shows within a 6-month period will be required to place a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking for all future appointments, forfeited again in the event of another late cancellation or no-show. •Buy Now, Pay Later Installment payment options are available for package purchases only. •Products & Sales All prepaid products must be picked up within 14 days to maintain product integrity; unclaimed items will be returned to inventory. All services, deposits, and product purchases are final and non-refundable. •Health, Safety & Guest Policy - If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. - To preserve a calm and private environment, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment area.
